The Green Gas Mobility Summit has thus reaffirmed its role as a benchmark space for public-private collaboration and as a lever for accelerating the transformation of transport through technologically neutral and sustainable solutions.

Green Gas Mobility Summit 2027 to be held on 2 June at Espacio Pablo VI in Madrid, with a new format of three specialised conferences

  • #GGMS27, organised by Gasnam-Neutral Transport, will bring together the entire renewable gas and sustainable mobility value chain of the Iberian Peninsula in a single day, at a new venue in central Madrid and with B2B meetings arranged in advance.

The Green Gas Mobility Summit 2027 (GGMS27) will take place on Wednesday 2 June at Espacio Pablo VI in Madrid. The benchmark event for renewable gases and sustainable mobility in the Iberian Peninsula will once again bring together biomethane and hydrogen producers, energy companies, infrastructure operators, shipping lines, ports, manufacturers, fleets and public authorities.

The 2027 edition introduces a new format. After a joint plenary session, the programme will split into three parallel conferences. Renewable gases: production and markets will address the production, certification, markets and financing of biomethane, renewable hydrogen and synthetic gases. Alternative fuel bunkering in the Iberian Peninsula will examine the supply of LNG, bio-LNG, methanol and ammonia in ports and ships, the impact of FuelEU Maritime and the ETS, and the role of Iberian ports as supply hubs. Renewable gases to decarbonise road transport will focus on heavy-duty vehicles, fleets, refuelling infrastructure and the roll-out of bio-CNG, bio-LNG and hydrogen.

The Summit also moves to a new venue. Espacio Pablo VI has an auditorium for nearly 700 people, a separate room for each conference and a dedicated networking area, the Ágora, where B2B meetings will take place. When registering, attendees will share their interests and a platform will suggest the counterparts that best match their profile, so that they arrive at the Summit with their meeting schedule already set. At the end of the day, the Summit dinner will be held on a rooftop in central Madrid.

“With this format we want every professional to find the conversation that matters to them: specialised content for their sector and the counterparts who can help move their projects forward,” says Eugenia Sillero, Secretary General of Gasnam.

In 2026, the Summit brought together more than 800 professionals and 300 companies from over 15 countries in Madrid. All the information about GGMS27, including sponsorship options, is available in the Summit brochure, which can be downloaded at greengasmobilitysummit.com.
